SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage advanced product knowledge to troubleshoot and assist clients with product inquires and potential technical difficulties 
  • Process and manage support tickets 
  • Support client retention strategies and new sales efforts
  • Client communications on updates or routine issues
  • Understand and value department KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date on all Company, product, or departmental changes


Requirements:

  • Internet/Web savvy, able to quickly learn customer software and online applications
  • Proactive approach to helping others and accomplishing tasks on time and with minimal direction
  • Detail-oriented and organizational nature
  • Critical thinking and ability to solve new and unfamiliar problems
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (phone, web, email support experience a plus)
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen while remaining friendly, helpful and professional
  • Able to “read between the lines” and offer solutions to clients’ questions
  • Basic networking knowledge, CRM and CMS experience is a plus
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude with a desire to learn and grow with the Company
