OPPORTUNITY

Our PHP web developer builds and maintains our new marketing automation platform as a full-stack developer. This candidate is highly skilled in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with an understanding of server-side logic, ability to define and maintain the central database, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

PHP WEB DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate user-facing elements developed by our front-end development staff
  • Build clean, well-designed and well-documented PHP modules
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the software to optimize functionality
  • Assist in the resolution of complex performance and architectural challenges
  • Integrate data storage solutions
  • Assist in development QA activities prior to product or feature release
  • Participate in system patches and upgrades, and other support activities as needed
  • Assist Product and Customer Success teams to respond to user needs and requests and accomplish required results

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of PHP
  • 4+ years PHP Frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, etc
  • 4+ years jQuery and Bootstrap
  • 4+ years database design and optimization, MySQL preferred
  • Understanding of the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SCRUM, Kanban
  • Experience with developing in AWS
  • Experience working with remote team members
